Orange Holiday Europe 12 GB eSIM plan
In 2023, I tried another plan and had connection issues or slow data. In 2024, I tried the Orange Holiday plan and have been pleased with the data performance. Includes a local French phone number.
One downside is that it sends you a text message every morning reminding to you register your number. By EU law, any plans after 30-days have to be registered. Since my plan was only for 14-days, I didn’t think these messages were necessary. Also, anytime you restart your phone you have to re-enter the PIN number (default is 0000).
For my 2024 trip, I used 4.5 GB out of 12 GB.
