Day 4 – Bad Ragaz

Today we are visiting Lag la Cauma and the Rhine Gorge – also known as the “Swiss Grand Canyon” – is one of the most spectacular landscapes in Graubünden and is unique in the Alps. Rare water birds, beavers, and orchids inhabit this area.

Had a great dinner in Chur (pronounced like Coors without the “s”) at a Thai restaurant.

Afterwards went to a pool hall and played some billiards.

  1. The tunnel video was my favorite, too! Whatever you had on the radio/sound system was appropriately grand, too.

    1. Manuel just told me that the song in the video is called “Bring Eh Hei” by Baschi. It was a chart hit back in 2006 and is sung in Swiss German. It’s about finally being able to score a goal in soccer. ⚽️
